Due to a recent contract win we are looking for an administrator to support with our recruitment processes..
The Role include but not limited to:
• Managing CV response and booking interviews.
• Supporting to conduct face to face interviews with candidates.
• Attend job fairs and exhibitions.
• Compiling and analysing recruitment & retention data and trends.
• Arranging training for successful candidates.
• Ensure key staff are aware of recruitment pipeline and capacity.
• Administration, including compliance and compiling Management Information.
• Monitoring our call monitoring systems
• General help within the office environment
The role will suit someone who enjoys administrative tasks, can work as a team, and is proactive and extremely well organized.
