Job description

This luxurious Boutique Hotel within the Greater Manchester area is looking for 4 enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Parties to join the professional kitchen brigade.

This brand new hotel set within a beautiful Victorian mansion houses has 20+ stylish and modern decorated rooms and is a fantastic destination for food and drink with amazing views.

As Chef de partie you will report directly to the Head Chef. Our Client is looking for gifted and capable Chef de Parties to join this talented brigade. If you are passionate about food, brimming with ideas and efficient within a busy hotel kitchen you will be perfect for this role. Our client is looking for Chef de Parties that are as highly-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic as the Head Chef, sharing the same delight for food and ingredients.This Boutique Hotel will be looking for individuals that are already a Chef de Partie or who has been working as Demi Chef de Partie and is looking for their next move. Ideally you’ll have experience in fresh, seasonal British cooking, you’ll be able to motivate a team and also be eager to learn from others. All applicants must be career-focused, driven individuals looking to make their mark on the culinary world and ready to run a section.
