We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to run and develop a brand new restaurant and concept; with the backing of a multi-billion pound investment company.
£28,000 - £30,000 + Progression
We are looking for a high street branded business with someone that has a huge passion for food.
This Restaurant is all about quality of food, sustainable sourcing of all ingredients and up most delivering the two to the customer.
As a Restaurant Manager it will be your role to
- Make sure the day to day operation is running well, understanding due to this being a new concept what dishes work or not;
- Profitability of the restaurant, delivery of the dishes with exceptional service
- Training, recruitment, people
- Understanding the new brand and concept
