This award-winning hotel would like to appoint aJunior Souswho will be responsible for assisting in the running of a section of the busy kitchen. Joining the brigade, you will produce food to an exceptionally high standard using fresh local produce to prepare the finest cuisine. This establishment has gained Rosette accreditation and as a result the Head Chef is looking for a promising Sous Chef who has previously worked within a Rosette accredited restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a rosette environment and possess the determination, passion and enthusiasm to succeed as a Sous Chef. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
