Job description

Fantastic Hotel requires2 Chef de Parties with a Great opportunity of becoming part of an exciting team.

The duties of this role will include:

• Maintaining the high standards of this establishment
• Supporting Senior Chefs
• Working on all sections as required by the Head Chef - taking control of a given section and ensuring an output at high results
• Preparing food prior to service
• Taking part in training and skill development
• Monitoring stock levels
• Ensuring Health and Safety legislation is adhered to

Candidates for this position must be experienced with a passion for high standards and fresh food. You must be eager and enthusiastic to improve your skills and knowledge. Candidates must have a sound background at 2 Rosette Level.

The role of Chef de Partie will have experience in banqueting.The ability to effectively follow orders as well as to work from one’s own initiative are prerequisites of these roles. You must have the confidence to take charge of a section or sections as required by the Head Chef.
