You will be willing to learn and be committed to high standards. This kitchen is the ideal place in which to develop your skills. You will be working with local fresh produce to create innovative dishes for a seasonal changing menu. The Kitchen team uses the finest, organic products.
As a Jnr Sous Chef you will be required to produce food at the highest standards mantaining an excellent level of hygiene at all times. You will be required to participate in the training of junior chefs, therefore you must support other team members when necessary.

You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent, previous experience at a Sous Chef level in a similar, 2AA Rosette property is essential. The ideal candidate must have a stable background and should be used to produce food to a high volume. You must be eager to progress demonstrating passion for your career.
