Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to prove yourself as a Demi Chef De Partie. The already accredited and renowned hotel and its restaurant are looking for someone who is standards driven and can maintain and surpass the reputation it holds.

Qualifications/Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants should be a solid all rounder. Applicants must be well presented and have strong leadership skills as well as country house hotel background.
