Job description

Beautifully positioned above a pretty and secluded fishing village in South Devon. Our Client offers some of the most stunning coast views in the UK. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and set in grounds of two acres which descend to a fine sandy beach.


The Role:


You will be reporting to the Head Chef. You will be working in a brigade of 15 and will be required to support the Senior Chefs in the running of the kitchen. As Commis Chef, you will have the opportunity to train and develop your existing skills within this professional environment where you will learn on all sections in the kitchen.

Qualification/Experience:


The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn and listen to instructions. All candidates should have previous experience of working in a Rosette accredited property. All candidates should have strong leadership skills, with a creative and hard working nature. You will also require NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent and a current food hygiene certificate.
