This property specialise in fantastic pub classics with a twist, and uses fresh, local, seasonal Shropshire produce creating great tasting and looking dishes. The kitchen brigade offer a variety of skills and always maintain a high standard for customers throughout the year.

Asous Chef is required at thisproperty setina pretty village on the North Norfolk coast, close to the stunning sandy beaches. This traditional Norfolk pub with a popular restaurant and accommodation, also offer bed and breakfastand dinner stays.

AsSous Chef you will be expected to maintain the already high standards of this property and be able to run the kitchen, so it is therefore essential that you come from a similar property. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar quality establishment.
Qualifications/Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references. They require someone who has good culinary knowledge along with sound financial awareness and excellent leadership skills.
