Candidates must be from a quality background, preferably with rosette and volume cooking experience.
Successful candidates must have a full UK driving licence and own transport.
The successful Pastry Chef will be dedicated to their chosen profession and committed to maintaining the reputation of the hotel as one of the finest in the area.Must be able to work in a busy and fast paced kitchen dealing with largecovers.You will be flexible and your ambition and desire to succeed will stand you in the best of stead to pursue a long term career in this hotel. The working pattern for this pastry chef position will be five days out of seven as the business requires, reporting to the Head Chef.
You will be working 5 days out of 7 on a shift basis, 48 hours per week.
