Qualifications/Experience required for this Jnr Sous Chef opportunity are:
• Previous experience with at least 1-2 years at Head Chef or Sous level
• NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
• Previous rosette and hotel experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
As Jnr Sous Chef you must have a stable CV with traceable references. Also, working effectively as part of a team with great communication and leadership skills is key.
