Job description

This award winning Colchester prestigious Resort Hotel & Restaurant set within over 300 acres of picturesque countryside considered and area of outstanding beauty are looking to recruit a Chef de Partieto join their professional and dedicated team.
This stunning and luxurious Hotel & Restaurant is truly unique with 80 contemporary rooms, 2 championship golf courses, a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, various function rooms, 5 Country Lodges, along with Health & Beauty facilities.
This is a great opportunity to join a young and inspirational company. You will be taught, coached and guided to prepare outstanding meals in return for your experience in classical methods.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience
Ambitious, Talented and possess a can do attitude
A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
Willingness to learn new techniques
High standards of Health & Safety Hygiene
