The menu has been created to provide a simple yet bold range of fresh hand cut meats with accompanying sides to suit all palates.They serve a selection of steaks, wild boar and pork together with a selection of meat sharing platters and surf & turf dishes designed to share. The signature burgers are all made on the premises using locally source produce.
As Snr Chef de Partie you will be working in a fast paced environment using only fresh food. The successful applicant will be confident in working in a high volume operation and be able to keep calm under pressure, maintaining both consistency and standards throughout.
• Previous CDP experience
• Good team player
• Must be passionate about food and high quality presentation
• Experience in fresh food is essential
• NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent & hygiene certificate
