This is a demanding role in a busy kitchen, offering a choice of restaurants for their clientele to dine in as well as extensive conference and banqueting facilities. The spacious Victorian establishment has been accredited with 2 AA Rosettes amongst many others awards, menus available range from traditional English cuisine to cutting edge and modern.
Working within a large brigade you will be a committed individual, with a flexible approach to their work. Potential candidates must have experience in both volume cooking and quality establishments, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar quality property.

The person to suit must have experience of busy restaurant and banqueting operations. You should also posses NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential.
