Digital Marketing Training Adviser / Tutor St Helens Salary: up to £25,000 per annum Full time - Perm To apply for this vacancy call 07928 434 129 - or email gemma@fab-recruitment.com Fab Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Training Adviser/tutor to deliver Apprenticeships and classroom based training courses in the Digital Marketing / ICT sector (up to and including Level 4). Our client works with a range of public and private sector clients to develop both new and existing staff through the Apprenticeship scheme. They also work with young people aged 16-24 to equip them with the digital skills required by employers. The post will involve delivering innovative classroom workshops, as well as 1-1 sessions. Applicants must have experience of delivering the full Apprenticeship Framework including delivering within a classroom setting and Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.  You will hold TAQA Assessor or equivalent and have a teaching qualification. Whilst being based in St Helens you will be required to travel across Merseyside and surrounding areas so the use of a car is essential.  Qualifications Required ·        Teaching qualification ·        High level of literacy/numeracy ·        TAQA / A1 qualifications ·        Qualifications relevant to the digital and marketing sector ·        Enhanced DBS required – Ideally on the Update system but not essential Experience Required ·        Delivering full Apprenticeship Frameworks ·        Delivering training in a classroom setting ·        Delivery of Functional Skills     MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.              To deliver the full Apprenticeship frameworks/standards to learners in Digital Marketing (including Level 4) including functional skills in Maths, English and ICT if required.   2.              To deliver innovative classroom based sessions where required.   3.              To monitor, support and assess learners’ progress against the agreed Individual Learning Plan.   4.              To build respectful and trusting relationships with learners, especially with those who face difficulties and disadvantage in training and work.   5.              To agree and implement action plans with individual learners, finding the best ways to help them achieve qualifications, develop confidence and overcome barriers to remaining on programme.   6.              To meet set targets relating to overall success rate, including achievement, retention and the measure of timeliness.   7.              To comply with contractual and company obligations and carry out learner reviews, including the monitoring of health and safety and equal opportunities.   8.              To keep accurate learner and company records to include records of company visits, reviews, action plans, registers, ILP and evaluations.   9.              To work with employers to identify potential training opportunities and to promote and raise awareness of training initiatives currently on offer.   10.           To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults on training programmes.   11.           To support the implementation of an annually revised Self Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Action plan to aid continuous improvement.   12.           To undertake Membership Management activities and to promote the company 13.           To maintain all Evolutive/CRMS or other records accurately and be able to provide relevant information specifically on outputs and outcomes of the work undertaken.   14.           To follow the quality procedures laid down by the company and work with the organisation to ensure that recognition under the following accreditation standards is maintained; IiP Gold, ISO 9001; 2008, BCC Accreditation etc.   15.           To carry out other duties as may be requested by Senior Management.   Skills ·        Ability to deliver innovative training to employed and unemployed learners ·        Ability to engage and motivate learners ·        Ability to engage with businesses ·        High level of digital skills  ·        Action planning ·        Group delivery ·        Ability to deliver the full Apprenticeship frameworks/standards to learners in the Digital Marketing/ ICT sector   Knowledge ·        Knowledge of Digital and Marketing theories/systems ·        Understanding of Apprenticeship opportunities and routes ·        Training provision ·        Career routes ·        Understanding of issues faced by unemployed people ·        Knowledge of IQA processes
