New Logo Hunter Bracknell (Field based) Salary - £70,000-£80,000 + £45,000 OTE (Uncapped) + £5,400 Car Allowance Our client, a market leader in Unified Communications Solutions, is currently seeking a New Logo Hunter to join their established sales team. The principal function of the role is to secure new logo accounts; assigning prospects and selling into new logo accounts, immediately handing off to the Account Manager once first sale is booked. The ideal candidate will have extensive proven experience securing new business sales in the Unified Communications sector. Furthermore, they will be a confident professional with the ability to manage their own workload effectively. Essential functions of the role include: ·         Executing sales cycles to penetrate the most promising new logo accounts ·         Identifying and building relationships with the appropriate decision makers ·         Prioritising qualified sales opportunities and key prospects within the assigned territory ·         Proactively identifying the potential needs of prospects, recommending best fit solutions with a clear value proposition ·         Developing and maintaining up to date product/solution knowledge ·         Researching and identifying emerging trends within the UC sector ·         Transitioning new logo accounts secured to an Account Manager following the first sale booking ·         Proactively managing a pipeline of business ·         Identifying and coordinating the timely involvement of Sales Operations and Engineers in the sales cycle ·         Achieving the assigned bookings quota   Skills and experience required:   ·         5-10 years experience in a field sales, new logo role within the Unified Communications industry ·         The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Digital transformation Journey and the evolution of UC ·         Demonstrable history of meeting/exceeding sales targets with large, enterprise level Logo’s ·         Willingness and ability to travel as required ·         Able to provide current and previous sales figures on request – Bookings, deal sizes, deal lengths, number of deals, length of sales cycles etc ·         Degree qualified ·         Ability to work with minimal supervision ·         Excellent relationship management and oral communication skills ·         Refined presentation skills – able to present to large audiences   This is an excellent opportunity for a senior candidate with strong sales acquisition experience looking to utilise and develop their skills in a global, dynamic and fast paced environment.
