Job description

We are currently recruiting for an all-round HR and Office Administrator to join our clients reputable company to support and assist and play a key part in the overall office and HR operations / functions.   Main Duties ·        Provide administrative support to the office and HR departments ·        Maintain staff and client records ·        Organise meetings and diaries ·        Inputting data into the organisations computer and database systems ·        Update staff logs and records ·        Liaise with internal and external teams ·        Review handbooks, pay rises, applications and other HR related matters ·        Organise training and inductions ·        Write documents ·        Filing scanning, post, and other admin duties ·        Comply with Data Protection Act, understanding all information handled is strictly confidential ·        Organising and updating relevant paperwork ·        Provide support to the team when required ·        Answering and monitoring telephone calls, emails and general enquiries ·        Processing customer payments ·        Pricing and estimation processing ·        Database and system administration ·        Liaise with all departments including accounts to ensure payments are completed ·        Handling inbound and outbound post, via franking machine ·        Various marketing tasks ·        Processing and sending invoices ·        Being flexible within the job role and open minded on duties ·        Administering information accurately ·        Ensuring all work load is organised to a good standard ·        Represent the organisation to a high standard ·        Assess and check through all work load to ensure information is accurate   Qualification’s Skills and Experience ·        Experience working within similar position ·        Strong organisational skills ·        Computer literate ·        Good level of education and grammar/spelling ·        Confident user of a computer/ IT, i.e. email, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and other IT packages ·        You must be a driver with your own car   Benefits ·        Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience. However, we have a range of £20-25k in mind however our client is flexible.     We will try to respond to reply to all applications.
