Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Bristol £40,000 – £55,000 My client is looking for an experienced solicitor to join their residential conveyancing team based in their successful Bristol office. If you have experience working in residential conveyancing, in particular acting for developers on plot sales, then this could be the role for you. My client is a full is a full service law firm ranked as a leader in both the Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 directories.You would be joining a hardworking and ambitious team with the purpose of advising clients upon residential conveyancing transactions including plot sales. You would be advising developers on the set up of new sites for development and prepare legal handbooks to enable the plot sales to be processed and providing legal and technical support to the residential team by assisting with reports and authorisation of files to exchange.
