The right candidate should have exceptional kitchen management skills and be innovative and creative with a desire to push the boundaries of healthy cuisine. You must be a natural leader and someone keen to develop the team alongside the food offer.
The ideal candidate will have:
• At least ten years previous experience in a four or five star high volume establishment
• A proven track record in managing all aspects of a kitchen budget
• The ability to drive standards and develop menus in accordance with current trends
• A solid understanding of the principles of healthy eating
• The skill to inspire and lead a team in excess of 40 staff
Hours of work: Approximately 45-50 hours per week worked on a rota basis.
