Customer Service Adviser required for busy language agency. DA Languages is a South Manchester based Interpreting and Translation agency. Since being established in 1998 the company has grown in size and reputation; we are now a trusted language provider for a range of clients across the UK. DA Languages work with over 10,000 native linguists and offer language services in over 450 languages and dialects. We work with clients including local governments, NHS, The Police and The Immigration Advisory Service. We are extremely proud of our excellent client retention rate within the public sector. Due to expansion and the upcoming of new contracts we are currently looking for customer service adviser to join our busy team in South Manchester. This role will see responsibility from day 1 and true career progression opportunities. You will work within our vibrant Altrincham office with a busy atmosphere and strong values of work ethic, community and professionalism. We require an able multitasker to join our team and the ideal applicant must be a dynamic individual who has the ability to work under pressure, is a great communicator and takes pride completing a task to a high standard. Main Duties Include • Booking interpreters on to jobs • Calling clients – showing great telephone etiquette and customer care • Ensuring an interpreter is present for every booking • Build rapport with clients and interpreters • Prioritising tasks – showing organisation and flexibility • Quickly and efficiently managing incoming and outgoing calls and emails Call centre experience is preferred but not mandatory.
