Job description Cleaning Contract Manager required, working for a rapidly expanding, forward thinking Contract Cleaning and Facilities Services company.The post is based on a large prestigious  Educational Contract in the Bristol area (comprising of  5 College Campuses). Suitable applicants should ideally have a previous background and relevant experience in the Management of a Contract Cleaning team. The successful applicant would be responsible for the Daily Management of the Cleaning teams, supporting Site Supervisors, to  ensure that all standards of cleaning meet the required specification and that the daily cleaning is completed within the required timeframe.They will liaise with be spoke’s Operational and Administrative team and work closely with the clients representative.Reporting to a Regional Manager Duties will include: ·         Liaising and monitoring of Site Supervisors          Monitoring and Auditing of Cleaning standards.·         Ensuring the work Schedules are completed on a daily basis.·         Managing absence and holiday cover.·         Completion of Payroll in conjunction with the Head Office function.·         Ordering of Stores and Equipment on a monthly basis.·         Take responsibility for H&S within the onsite team.·         Recruitment of cleaning staff.·         Completion of all contract administration.·         Customer Liaison.          Take responsibility for day to day service delivery. We are looking for candidates who :-: ·         Can Set and maintain high standards          Drive staff performance·         Self-Disciplined.·         Flexible and able to work under pressure.          Pro-active and responsive to immediate change·         Can communicate well, both orally and in written form.·         Can use a PC to a basic standard.·         Team player with the ability to motivate.·         Can deliver a high level of Customer Service.  Hours of work are  from 6.00am-2pm (with occasional late afternoon /early evening requirement), 35 hours per week. Permanent Position 28 days holiday including Bank HolidaysPay Rate:=   £21, 000.00 pa + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card, Laptop/iPad                Successful candidate will be required to undergo a full Enhanced DBS Check.
