FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED! Store Location: Bournemouth, Castle Lane Branch    About the Role: Provide excellent customer service as a Sales Assistant in our Castle Lane Branch, maximizing customer sales, handling customer enquiries whilst adhering to Company standards.       About you: ·         Enthusiastic, tenacious, self-motivated and driven. ·         Experience working in customer service. ·         Superb people skills. ·         Common sense, reliable, committed, enthusiastic, and hardworking with knowledge of TV, Film characters etc. preferred. ·         Flexible to business needs. ·         Computer Literate including ability to use MS Outlook, Word & Excel. ·         Excellent customer service and sales skills. ·         Customer focused. ·         Exceptional communicator with a ”can do” attitude. ·         Quick learner    Duties include: ·         Providing excellent customer service. ·         Create windows displays, maintaining product presentation and pricing. ·         Handle customer enquiries and complaints in store, by email and/or telephone. ·         Secure company assets at all times. ·         Uphold and adhere to Company Standards. ·         Adhere to strict compliance of policies and procedures at all times. ·         Ensure house-keeping, repairs and safety is maintained. ·         Communicate between other stores for customer enquiries/stock enquiries.    ·         Deliver sales of party accessories and costumes in-store. ·         Merchandising stock, stock control, handling cash and using tills.    The Details: ·         35 hours per week over a 5 day period, includes Saturdays ·         Wages negotiable depending on experience. ·         Extra shifts available especially in busy periods. ·         Training will be given on all aspects of the role.       How to apply: Email your CV marked for the attention of Teresa, quoting the unique reference number ‘CLWFT1’, or drop your CV in store.
