Administrator/Receptionist Radlett £21,000 - £26,000 An award winning law firm in Radlett are recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to join their office support team. The role involves front of house cover, administrative support and additional legal support. Key responsibilities: - Answer the switchboard within 4 rings and screen/direct calls as necessary - Take and relay messages - Attend to visitors and clients including meet and greet and taking coats etc. Post - All incoming mail to be sorted, dated, allocated and delivered to fee-earners - Topping up of the franking machine and purchase of postage stamps Administration - Overseeing office petty cash, including maintaining float, paying expenses, monthly reconciliation and liaison with Accounts department - Date and register all incoming cheques and supply details to Accounts - Maintenance of register for Wills and deeds - Carry out photocopying and scanning - Drafting legal forms (e.g. AP1 & SDLT) - Preparation of searches, contract reports, completion statements and invoices - Filing applications with the Land Registry - Drafting letters Essential Requirements: Solid administration experience is essential Previous administration or receptionist experience gained in a professional, office environment would be preferable Good written and verbal communication skills Property/Residential Conveyancing experience for this role Apply now for immediate consideration!
