Open kitchen chefs   Some exciting opportunities have become available on our open kitchen stations Chefs are required to fulfil roles on the following stations   ·        Teppanyaki / hotplate table cooking meat seafood and noodles to order ·         ·        Sushi bar, making various types of sushi and seafood presentation ·        Waffles, pancakes and ice cream – cooking and serving these to the customer on request All stations will involve various preparation of the products pre serving which will all be taught according to company procedures. Candidates should have a good kitchen background working in fast paced catering environment. Full training will be given in all areas however basic knife and preparation skills are expected as well as a good aptitude for learning and following instruction and company recipes and procedure as well as relevant hygiene training. Good customer skills base along with a natural flair and flamboyant style are good assets to bring to this role, good prospects for the right candidates
