As a Pastry Commis Chef helping to prepare and present delicious dishes for customers and guests, so it is desirable that you will have the relevant NVQ qualifications or equivalent. Previous experience would beadvantageous for this position, and enthusiasm & passion for the industry and your career is essential.

Main Duties of this Pastry Commis Chef opportunity are:
• Run a clean, tidy and organised environment at all times
• Maintains food quality control
• Maintains a clean and efficient kitchen section
• Take direction and guidance from other team members
• Have a flexible ability and approach
This Pastry Commis Chef position would consist of a 4 day working week, ensuring 3 days off each week.
