Employment Solicitor Greater Manchester £32,500 – £40,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an employment solicitor to join a nationwide HR and employment law consultancy, as part of the employment law team, which offers tailored legal advice to their wide range of clients. The ideal candidate will be 3+ PQE, with experience working in a technical and advisory role. The successful solicitor will offer a personalised and expert solution to the clients’ issue, therefore excellent communication skills are essential. This nationwide HR and employment law consultancy is renowned for its service, considered a market leader for its client retention. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Employment Law Team, however a solicitor with autonomy is essential. As an employment solicitor you will be responsible for supporting clients on a variety of issues, including but not limited to: dismissal, redundancy, sickness and discrimination. You will be office based and therefore required to draft and manage documents, supporting direct advise provided over the phone to your clients. You will manage your own case load while developing and maintaining a relationship with your clients, so a solicitor who is highly organised with good time management is essential. The successful solicitor will also assist with training and business development as required. The company is looking for a 3+ PQE employment solicitor with experience working with companies/ employers in an advisory role, offering solutions to a variety of issues. As the role is mostly office based, you must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills, along with the ability to tailor your approach to the applicable company.
