Job description

This is an opportunity for the right person to develop a long term career with an ambitious and forward thinking company. We are looking for an individual to fit in with our Real Estate Managing and Letting Agency and take up the role of Lettings Administrator/Negotiator and train for Sales Negotiator. The individual must have excellent communication skills, ability to multi task and negotiate with clients. The person is expected to have some background knowledge or experience of work in an Office based environment and have a positive learning attitude towards the legislation of Sales and Lettings. A full driving license is essential as one of the key roles will involve carrying out viewings at properties and preferably be multilingual (English/Arabic/Urdu) Job Roles expected to be carried out:Dealing with clients and tenants on a daily basis to arrange repairs and maintenance for the managed propertiesArranging appointments for tenants with maintenance team and ensuring that the issue has been resolvedGeneral office duties and administrative tasksOrganising and carrying out viewings for sales and lettings applicantsCarrying out move ins and move outs of tenants by fulfilling all the responsibilities e.g. property inventory, inspection, meter readings, etc.Rent collections and chase up, All day to day tasks involved in property management and property lettings  Training can be provided to right candidate. 3 Month Probation period. Paid Holidays Entitlement.  We Open Monday to Friday 09:00am to 1800pm and Saturday 10:00am to 1430Pm (Job Timings) GCSE / Scottish or equivalent
