Job description

We are looking for a experienced sous Chef for a busy resturant and banqueting operation, must have previous experience, City and Guilds or equivalent qualification, and a Food Hygiene Certificate. Duties will include preparing and cooking food and leading a brigade in the head chefs absence, in a 59 bedroomed  3 star hotel  situated in the Town centre, with a formal restaurant and bar snacks. Working 45-50 hours per week maximum, 5 days over 7, hours to be agreed (we are opened from 6am - 10pm). To apply email cv to gm@thelionhotelshrewsbury.com
