Job description

There has never been a more exciting time to join us at Live Borders – a not for profit, registered charity delivering leisure, cultural and sport services to all communities of the Scottish Borders and beyond.We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Commercial Services team to ensure the function delivers against strategic objectives, improves levels of customer satisfaction and grows our earned income. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with strong business acumen, experienced in making changes to facilitate business improvements and also thinking creatively .  You will be experienced in managing a marketing and communication team and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and implement marketing and communication plans. You will be able to analyse customer and market data to support service delivery against objectives and opportunities. Your excellent communication skills will ensure effective internal and external communications to enhance leadership, engagement and promote Live Borders as an employer of choice.
