Job description

An exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor which offers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and evolving company, who can offer great career progression. The German Speaking Customer Service Advisor will be joining a dedicated and friendly team. Our client is offering a competitive starting salary, free parking and open plan offices.

For the German Speaking Customer Service Advisor role, it is essential you have German speaking language skills and have previous customer service experience. The German Speaking Customer Service Advisor must have a positive, can-do attitude towards work and have great written communication skills showing professionalism in their approach to customers. This German Speaking Customer Service Advisor position requires high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The company pride themselves on their customer service standards and the applicant must be confident, able to work at a fast pace and be committed to the role.

Role:
You will be responsible for providing a first class, customer-focused service to customers through written means.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling emails and enquiries through Company and 3rd party platforms
• Handling customer contact across UK, German and other language sites as needed
• Achieving set target boundaries.
• Use the company’s CRM to update order information accurately.
• Liaise with internal department to resolve queries including Finance/Technical support team
• Managing Customer expectations to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Providing general admin support to supervisors and manager.

• Effective time management and attendance
• Pro-active management of own workload
• Microsoft Office skills - notably Outlook and understanding of Excel
• High levels of concentration and attention to detail
• Good communication skills - verbal and written
• Patient with good sense of humour
• Effective team player
• Self-confident and resilient
• Flexible in approach and with working hours/shifts
• Prior customer experience in call-centre/ retail/other customer facing roles are advantageous
