Due to continuous expansion our client, a prestigious market leader within their industry is seeking a passionate, committed and tenacious high level Business Development/Sales Manager to join their team. Working alongside the Sales Director, you will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record in successful new business acquisition & business planning. A previous track record of winning significant project based opportunities and detail about specific vertical and horizontal sales experience/wins. Candidates must have experience of selling IT and/or Technical sales or AV (Audio Visual), VC (Video Conference), UC (Unified Communications). Any experience with cloud technology, digital signage and LED would be highly advantageous. The successful candidates must be professional and possess first-class time management capabilities, be dynamic in creating innovative sales ideas, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and confident of presenting to CXO level. A demonstrable capability to contribute to competitor analysis and product development would be beneficial. Must be willing to work outside of usual office hours and travel throughout the UK as required.
