Social Housing Development Solicitor Birmingham £40,000 – £50,000 Social Housing Development Solicitor, Birmingham This is a superb opportunity to join a top tier UK Law firm in their Birmingham Property team. The firm can boast an established national client base and a team who are genuinely passionate about the work that they do. Joining a large and technical department you will advise on a wide range of social housing development matters. The property work coming into the firm is slightly different here, often you will be required to provide ad-hoc solutions to your clients so you should be someone who is a clear communicator, personable and can think outside of the box in order to provide solutions for your clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a creative and supportive team with significant opportunities for meaningful career development. There is a defined career path in place and it is possible to progress upwards through the firm within agreed timescales. You will have excellent academics and have made an impact elsewhere within the market.Ideally you will be at 2-4 years PQE and trained and gained experience at a city or large regional UK Law firm known for their work in the social hosuing sector.
