Management & Leadership CoachLocation: ExeterContract Type: PermanentHours: Full TimeSalary: £24,000 Are you looking for a new challenge? If you are an existing Trainer delivering Management or Leadership training or if you have experience of working at a supervisory or managerial level in the Retail sector… this could be the position you’ve been waiting for! Also with an impressive Retail client list and working with some of the largest high street Retailers around, you could soon be up and running and making a difference. What will the role involve? Working “in the field” with a caseload of learners, you’ll manage your own diary as determined by the needs of your learners. You’ll train and support your learners to successfully complete their apprenticeships, through face-to-face discussions, remote assessments and the use of our innovative online learning solutions packages. As a forward thinking organisation, our Coaches deliver apprenticeship programmes to a wide range of businesses. To succeed in this role you might already be an existing Trainer or Coacch, or perhaps a team leader or manager working in the Retail sector. You will get the opportunity to utilise all your Retail experience and inspire budding learners to realise their potential, as you support and guide them through their training, preparing them for assessments and exams. Building strong relationships is key and you will be required to visit Employers where your learners are based and deliver a professional, high quality service, underpinned by the need to meet quality procedures set out by the awarding body. What skills are we looking for? First and foremost you need to have a passion for what you do. You should have relevant and recent Retail experience, at a team leader level or above and have experience of delivering Management and/or Leadership advice and information - ideally in a training environment. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage people at all levels. You will need to have a confident approach, with the ability to converse well with learners and senior stakeholders. You will also need to have a driving license and access to your own vehicle, along with the willingness to travel as and when required. So… what’s in it for you? For non-qualified Trainers and Coaches we will support your career progression and arrange for you to obtain the minimum qualifications required for the role.
