They are key members of the Sales Team, forging strong relationships for the business, whilst learning all about the intricacies of the food manufacturing sector. Sales The company offers a number of options to get your career kick started.You will have your ear close to the ground and pre-empt the needs of the retailers. Building and maintaining effective relationships with retailers, you will work with them in regards to shelf positioning, planning promotions, creative displays, constantly delivering amazing services to meet and exceed targets as well as consistently identify opportunities for the business to grow. Sales Revenue Planning As part of this program there is also the opportunity to work in the Sales Revenue Planning team, which forms part of the wider Sales function and is more internal facing. Here you work cross functionally with other departments to deliver company goals. Primarily, the Planning team is responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the sales results and developing trade strategies for implementation within the customers. This involves building, managing, tracking and evaluating the business plan and trade spend budget, used for driving volume and revenue.
