My client is a legal 200 firm with multiple offices around the midlands. The firm has a rare opening in their Peterborough office for a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Property Disputes team. In an ideal world you will be 2-3 years PQE however, they are very flexible as long as you have had experience managing your own caseload in a property disputes/disputes team (for a minimum of 12 months) as there have a great development programme in place.The role reports to Head of Property Disputes. You may already work within a Property Disputes role, or be ready to make the move across from litigation. Either way, you will see Property Disputes as a long-term career path and be ready to give it your all. The firm are committed to providing prompt, professional and practical advice. As such, you will have great organisational skills and feel comfortable working to deadlines. Working within Disputes often results in changes at short. A practical approach to solving problems is essential” Key duties will include: * managing your own caseload; * assisting other team members on larger matters in areas like disclosure, instructing Counsel and research; * being the first point of contact with clients; * marketing of yourself and your team; and * assisting in major projects.
