Wills and Probate Legal Secretary Chester £20,000 – £22,000 ROLE: Legal Secretary - Wills & Probate LOCATION: Chester SALARY: £20,000 - £22,000 EMPLOYMENT: Permanent HOURS: Full Time Competitive salary + career progression Our client are a fast growing top 200 law firm with a vibrant practice across Cheshire, Shropshire, North Wales and Manchester. They offer an exceptional quality of work and an enviable quality of life. Due to expansion and growth they are looking for a Wills & Probate legal secretary to join their Chester Office. The legal secretary will report directly to the Wills & Probate Team Leader, provide secretarial support to him/her and to the team as directed. Duties & Responsibilites : - Provide partners and solicitors with a high standard of secretarial service in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence Carry out internal administration duties as required Have an understanding of the importance of the role General team administration including photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning Handling telephone enquiries and directing accordingly To be considered for this position it is important that you have RECENTLY gained 2 years’ experience as a legal secretary or legal PA in the Wills & Probate department in a law firm.
