IAG Advisor - (Information and Guidance)Location: Stratford, LondonContract Type: Fixed TermHours: Full TimeSalary: £20,000 Are you looking for an exciting career with the UK’s largest Training Provider? Do you have an IAG qualification or equivalent? Then this could be the perfect role for you.What will you do?As a learndirect Information and Guidance officer you will be working with unemployed individuals, helping them to assess their options, devise tailored training programmes, and bring them into the job market. Utilising your passion, experience and knowledge, you will offer expert and targeted advice, guidance and direction to your caseload of customers. You will need to keep your customers engaged and empowered in order to enable them to secure sustainable employment by carefully planning activity to meet their individual needs. You will also need to motivate them by setting realistic and achievable targets around job search and their development of employability skills.Have you got what it takes?To succeed in this role you’ll need experience working in a coaching, information, advice and guidance capacity, supported by relevant Level 3 IAG qualifications. You’ll also have to demonstrate your abilities in running creative workshops, particularly those around job search, employability skills, career development and confidence building.
