Job description

My clients well established specialise in the manufacture and supply of high quality architectural features, façade systems, rainwater management systems and sign and display fabrications throughout the UK. They are now looking for an experienced Estimator. Estimator duties: ·         Working as part as a team, responsible for producing tenders/quotations from drawings and specifications negotiating lead times, sourcing suppliers. Estimator Skills/Experience Required: ·         Previous experience working as a fabrication estimator is essential; ·         Good technical understanding of cladding systems; ·         Strong numerical skills; ·         Strong negotiation skills; ·         Competent use of Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook; ·         Ability to work as a team member, or on own initiative; ·         Ability to communicate effectively; ·         Ability to work to tight deadlines; Estimator benefits: This position pays depending on experience The hours of work are 40 per week Monday to Friday The role comes with 24 days holiday + stats Car Parking Pension
