Job description

  An excellent opportunity as a Support Worker is now on offer with Brunelcare, the South West’s leading care and housing provider.   As a Community Support Worker, you will be visiting clients with dementia living in the community and spending time with them. You may be taking someone, for coffee or doing agreed indoor activities with them to allow their carer a few hours respite.  You could be helping a person that lives alone achieve an independent daily life through your practical help, support and encouragement. This responsibility will allow you to build relationships with your clients, and work in a flexible and person centred way.   Unlike some care providers Brunelcare pay for every moment worked and not just the time spent caring. You will be paid for the whole shift including travel time and mileage between calls.
