Our client has a new opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a team within a busy office environment. You will work within an excellent team environment and your duties will include all aspects detailed below. Main Admin duties included:Log service calls , allocate engineers ,update call , order spare parts , collate worksheets ,(All in association with operations manager)Log new contracts, open files, raise orders, complete final accounts (All in association with operations manager)Check trackers , collate reports, Service ,Maintenance, and InsuranceCheck over time sheets for authorisation and collate with tracker reportsContract of employments , new starter forms, training co-ordination , work ware, hotel bookingsProducing site files (from Templates)General Duty’s where required Experience required: IT literate – Xero Accounting package preferable Also available is the opportunity to gain experience in other areas and play a role in a range of projects.
