Although much of the role is focused around the successful qualification of customers and sale of motor vehicles, many more standards are then triggered in terms of customer service, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a consistent competency with computer systems, product knowledge, and regulations for the sale of insurance products. Therefore, the performance of the role is regularly assessed with the use of online tests, performance reviews, and mystery shop exercises. Due to customer needs, the role also requires a flexibility in hours and regular work over weekends. REF CW368-4 Please note: Only successful applicants will be contacted.
