Well-established Law Firm in West Yorkshire requires an experienced Legal Secretary for their office in Morley, Leeds. This would suit an experienced Legal Secretary/PA and is working for a Partner with a busy, high volume caseload, dealing with predominantly Personal Injury matters with some mixed litigation. The role involves all aspects of secretarial support, including the following:providing efficient and effective support to a Partner,typing documents including letters, forms etc,liaising directly with clients and other professionals; making appointments and managing diaries,assisting with post, photocopying, scanning, filing and file management. You will need:Experience as a Legal Secretary,Experience working in Personal Injury/civil litigation. To be flexible, highly organised and enthusiastic individual who is able to work quickly and accurately often within tight timescales with minimal supervision. Good IT skills – and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Good communication skills and be confident in dealing with clients in a professional manner.
