Real Estate Lawyer Bristol £35,000 – £40,000 My client’s Real Estate teams are growing, fast. There’s no doubt that it is an exciting place to work.The property teams are extremely busy with a wide range of property work for a range of household name clients. From development projects and acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail and industrial property, to landlord and tenant issues and general estate and portfolio management instructions for national retailers with an emphasis on assisting corporate occupiers, the work is varied and challenging.They are now looking for a real estate lawyer to join the team in Bristol. You’ll either have around a year’s real estate experience under your belt looking to further focus your career or be a newly qualified lawyer who’s had exposure to quality real estate work during your training contract from a large regional or city firm. Just as important are excellent drafting skills, a sense of commercial pragmatism and the ability to build lasting relationships with our clients.
