Recruitment Officer / Customer service Asst (Ability to speak Bulgarian, Romanian or Hungarian is required ) We require a motivated and dynamic and result driven Individual to join our team to recruit staff for our clients in Europe. The position is online based and you will be required to work from our office in London. Your Role • Strategic sourcing of top candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Internet Pages); • Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates via phone & skype; • Provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to the candidates• Preparation of professional personal profiles of the candidates • Review CVs/application forms against requirements and create a shortlist for interview; • Conduct initial staff screening via phone or skype calls using defined guidelines; • Extremely resourceful and proactive in identifying problems and finding solutionsOur Requirements: • Ability to work with own Initiative to achieving set targets;• Very good level in English, Bulgarian - both written and spoken; • Ability to communicate in Bulgarian, Hungarian or Romanian Language is compulsory; • Excellent Computer Literacy & Record Keeping & Communication Skills; • Excellent Administrative and Organizational skills• Willingness to learn and develop; • Team player open to share knowledge and to support your colleagues;• Professional attitude and orientation to details. • Flexible in approach to work to accommodate various business needs.
