As a Service Advisor you will be the point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles into the workshop. You will be there to guide them through the entire process whilst their vehicle is with you.
As a Service Advisor you must be professional, customer focused and be able to cope in a fast pace environment under pressure.
You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate to your customers by building relationships with them.
