Job description

Training for this position starts on the 15th November for 5 weeks Mon-Fri between 10am until 2pm OR 6pm until 10pm This role offers between 16 - 30 hours a week with working hours available being as follows: Mon-Sun 7am until 10pm Here is the scope of services and the kinds of tasks you can expect to handle on a daily basis for the Nespresso Program: * You must be a coffee fanatic! - This bit’s important! * New Member calls – Domestic & Business Customers calling for (potentially) the first time to obtain further information on Nespresso products including the full range of both ‘Grand Crus’ coffee and the associated machinery ensuring a ‘white glove’ experience * Information calls – Locating Customers packages and providing further information for general queries * Order calls – Existing Nespresso Customers ringing to place orders for coffee, accessories and machines with a focus on increasing order value and/or product range * Technical Calls * Use effective service and sales skills to offer the members Nespresso products (Capsules; Accessories and Machines) on every appropriate call. * Be prepared to work to sales targets! * Demonstrate active listening and communication skills to solve customer concerns for Customer Satisfaction, ultimately avoiding escalation * Making informed decisions to resolve customer issues and set follow up calls as required * Be genuinely interested in providing the customer with an exceptional customer service experience * Back Office Activities – Fraud checks, Order Management, Validations, Web Order Processing. * Emails –Customer Service orientated. * Outbound – Dialer based, non sales welcome calls. - You will need to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for this role (2 hours of which must be on the weekend) For this role, you will need: Laptop or PC (Not an all-in-one desktop) with at least 4GB of Ram, Windows 7, Windows 8 / 8.1 or Windows 10 and a Screen at least 17” (or if using a laptop with a screen smaller than this, a second monitor at least 17” connected to your laptop.) - A Mac can also be used - please contact for specs. **Please note that custom-built PCs will not work** A Nespresso Coffee Machine (if you do not have one we can arrange a significant discount so please ask for more info). Wired connection to broadband (Wireless is not permitted and will not work) Landline with headset (We can point you to websites where you can get one of these) VOIP Headset for your PC or Laptop (Again, we can point you in the right direction) Please note: Please send CV along with covering letter explaining why are you best suited for a Customer Services role and also how you would be able to keep yourself motivated as this role is primarily working from home, although you will have full access to an online room with all the other advisors while you are on shift, so you will never be on your own. This role is on a self employed basis so you will need to pay your Tax and NI to HMRC, but we can help you with the paperwork to do this, it really is simple.  Training is unpaid until you start earning after day 12, when you start taking calls in class. You will also need to provide a Criminal Record Check from Disclosure Scotland.  GCSE / Scottish or equivalent
