Our client, Finer Packaging, is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Jewellery and Gift Packaging. They are currently recruiting a Secretary / Office Administrator in their office based in Wembley.You will have the following skills: - Excellent customer service experience and telephone manner - Computer literate, with good working computer knowledge. - The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage a busy workload with competing priorities in a calm and professional manner - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - The ability to use initiative and good judgments, as well as enthusiastic approach to problem solving and good common sense - Ability to work independently without supervision but also excellent team player - Excellent organization skills with good memory for details - Previous office work experience and working with customers is essential Your responsibilities will be : - Administrative support - answering the calls, general office work, creating delivery notes - dispatch notes & invoicing & credit notes - Contributing to the smooth running of the office - Preparing marketing database - Start of the day duties - Everything related to the smooth running of the office space The position is full time, Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30 pm, Friday 9am - 1pmSalary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annumIf you are interested in this role, please send your updated CV to belinda@recruitment-boutique.com GCSE / Scottish or equivalent
