We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic chef to join our team at Prested Hall. The role will require you to work within our Health Club Bistro, catering for a wide range of customers including members, hotel guests, Spa customers and visitors. The ideal individual will have a passion for cooking, and be keen to progress in their career. At Prested, we use seasonal, local produce (some from our own gardens) and all menu items are prepared from fresh in our kitchens. You will be involved in the creation of menus, the ordering of produce, ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and making sure that all relevant paperwork is kept up to date alongside the head chef. Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is essential and you must have a Basic Food Hygiene qualification as a minimum. This position is full-time and will require you to work split shifts.
