Family Solicitor Reading £40,000 – £55,000 Applications are invited from qualified UK Solicitors with at least 2 years PQE, who possesses good communication and organisational skills, strong academics and, ideally, come from a background with a firm that has a strong Family practice. The team acts nationally and as such you will have the opportunity to specialise in one area as you desire, whilst also dealing with cases as the team is instructed, ensuring you have variety and challenge daily. Applicants must be able to manage their own caseload, with minimal supervision, preferably have a following and have a confident and commercial approach to providing legal advice. The ideal candidate will have experience in Private Children Act proceedings, medium to high value matrimonial finance, cohabitation disputes and pre and post nuptials. Accreditation or mediation skills would also be a bonus.
