Commercial Property Solicitor Reading £36,000 – £48,000 The team is ranked within the top tiers of both the Legal 500 and Chambers law directors, and is one of the leading commercial property departments in the Nation. The team operate across the whole range of property services and Commercial work undertaken includes; freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and portfolio management for occupiers and landlords. Work includes advising on general commercial property transactions, development, secured lending, planning, construction and residential conveyancing. The Team also supports the Firm’s Corporate Team. The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. You will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication/ organisational skills.
